Małgorzata Gładkowska
Statutory auditor, Master’s degree in economics from Poznań Academy of Economics.
With DGA since 1998, Małgorzata was Vice-President of DGA Audyt Sp. z o.o. from 2003. It was her who initiated the process of splitting DGA Audyt’s bookkeeping business into a separate DGA Group company. She was among those who created FIGURES Kancelaria Rachunkowa Sp. z o.o.
Małgorzata has handled several dozen projects which included auditing financial statements, examining draft terms for mergers and transformations, and drafting prospectuses.
Among other things, she was involved in the process of auditing financial statements of Orlen Group companies. She is experienced in outsourced bookkeeping projects.
