Sylwia Bąk
MA in sociology from Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań.
Sylwia has many years’ experience in personnel and payroll administration, human resources management and personnel strategy building. She supervises the Personnel and Payroll Services Department, coordinates clients’ personnel audit and payroll policy optimisation projects, and advises businesses on labour law.
Sylwia is responsible for planning and implementing our company’s major operational objectives, establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with key clients, and streamlining our customer service process. She makes sure that everything we do and all the procedures we have are in line with the existing legal requirements.
She obtained an MBA degree in the area of Human Resources Management.
She has been with us since 2006.
